Returns & Refunds
We accept returns within 30 days of purchase. To be eligible for a return, items must be:
- Unopened and in their original sealed packaging
- In the same condition that you received them
- Accompanied by proof of purchase
Please note: Due to health and safety regulations, we cannot accept returns of opened or used supplements.
How to Request a Return
To initiate a return, please contact us at hello@haleandwell.com with:
- Your order number
- The product(s) you wish to return
- Reason for return
Once we receive your return request, we'll send you instructions on how to return your items.
Refund Processing
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed and automatically applied to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
Shipping Costs
You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning items. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Damaged or Defective Items
